After the successful launch of the master program in Tropical Aquaculture, Can Tho University has continued to proceed another master program in Food Technology. This program has been constructed through a close collaboration between Flemish and Vietnamese institutions including Universiteit Gent,Katholieke Universiteit Leuven,Can Tho University, NhaTrang University, Hue University and Vietnam National University of Agriculture under the framework of VLIR Network project.The curriculum of this program has been developed based on benchmarking with other university curricula, especially with the interuniversity program in Food Technology which jointly offered by Universiteit Gent and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (IUPFOOD, Belgium), and it is modified to be appropriate with local conditions.The teaching staves are professors from partner universities. English is the official language in teaching process. For each academic year, four full scholarships will be granted to qualified students on the basis of admission screening, which covers travel cost, tuition fee, monthly allowances, and medical insurance. The maximum number of prospective students is from 20 to 30 for each academic year.
Since the academic year 2016-2017, candidates can apply for admission until July 15th, 2017.
